We've been working on this problem for a long time and we take this responsibility seriously. We've made significant progress, but there is more work to be done."

While Google and AdSense are also on the way to block fake news. In a statement made by Google on November 15, 2016 said, "Moving forward, we will restrict ad serving on pages that misrepresent, misstate, or conceal information about the publisher, the publisher's content, or the primary purpose of the web property."

The Internet allows writers to write anything without peer review, qualifications, or backup documentation. Whereas a book found in a library generally has been reviewed and edited, Internet sources do not have the same filter. They may be produced and put out to the world to see as soon as the writing is finished. 

According to Anne Mintz, editor of Web of Deception: Misinformation on the Internet, the best ways to find if information is factual is to use common sense. Look to see if information makes sense, if the founders or reporters of the sites are biased or have an agenda, and look at where the sites may be found. It is highly recommended to look at other sites for that information, as it might be published and heavily researched, providing more concrete details.

Wikipedia defines Fake news websites as websites that publish hoaxes and fraudulent misinformation to drive web traffic inflamed by social media.  These sites are distinguished from news satire because they intend to mislead and profit from readers believing the stories to be true.

Some Laws Limit Freedom of Speech or Expression, So Be Careful

When Ms. Agot Isidro has intentionally attacked President Duterte by calling him a ‘Psychopath’ can it be considered as ‘Libel’ punishable by law? According to medical definition, Psychopath is a person suffering from chronic mental disorder with abnormal or violent social behavior. Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, states that: “Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”

In Article III, Section 4 of the 1987 Constitution of the Philippines specifies that no law shall be passed abridging the Freedom of Speech or of Expression. However, some laws limit this Freedom, for example:

• Criminalizes libel and slander by act or deed – is about any act which shall cast Dishonor, Discredit or Contempt upon another person.
• Blasphemy against decency and good customs – by public displays or exhibitions which glorify criminals or condon crimes; use of prohibited drugs and selling obscene literature.

Thirty years ago, in February 1986, thousands of Filipino people lead by Cardinal Sin and the Military rebels gathered at EDSA to fight for peace, justice and democracy and proved the strength of “people’s power” by driving Marcos into exile. Nakamit ba talaga ng mga Filipino ang Katahimikan, Hustisya at Demokrasya? Taliwas ang nakita ko sa panahon ni former President Corazon Aquino – maraming patayang nangyari, walang hustisya ang mga biktima at untiunting naglaho ang demokrasya. Ang daming naghirap lalo. President Duterte's accomplishments for his first 100 days in office cannot be surpassed by any of the former presidents of the Philippines from Cory Aquino down to Noynoy Aquino. His 100 Days of Leadership, the Philippines has become the talks of the world. His popularity rating has surged up and his trust rating has increased from 91% to 97%.

Now for the records, there are about 63 things so far and yet it is still increasing that  President Duterte already has done within the period of 100 days he led the country that changed the Philippines. Because of lack control of people’s pride, lust, anger and envy, the Philippines is tormenting. Bloodshed is everywhere. I wish Philippines to become a peaceful place – with my pen, I would write a beautiful song about the beauty of love and care of Filipinos. The song will suggests the people to live for love for the year-round, with good things to share to others unselfishly. Senator Cayetano was on the middle of his privilege speech when Senator De Lima left the Senate floor without looking back and was followed by Senator Trillanes. The said walked out of De Lima has become a trending subject talks of media as well as it has become the hot topic to talk about on Facebook by the Netizens.

Biased Media Journalists Feed Misleading News Reports to People

President said: “Hitler massacred 3 million Jews. There are 3 million drug addicts. I’d be happy to slaughter them. At least, if Germany had Hitler, the Philippines would have. My victims, are all criminals, to finish a problem of my country, and save the next generation."

If you observe correctly, President Duterte was "CONTRASTING" himself from Hitler, and, not likening himself to Hitler. He was obviously referring to past commentaries where various people, like Senator Antonio Trillanes, IV (including Noynoy Aquino) compared him to Hitler, but President Duterte’s point was, unlike Hitler (who patently killed innocent people), the people getting killed in his drug war are criminals, not innocents.

Sometimes We Need to look Back to Our History

About 13 years before the start of World War I that lasted from July 28, 1914 to November 11, 1918, a bloody war between Samarnon guerrillas aided by civilians almost wiped out the entire Charlie Company of the US 9th Infantry Regiment who were inside the mess hall eating breakfast. And out of 78 US soldiers, 48 were killed and 22 were severely injured.

The battle started when the guerrillas and the townspeople were angered by the harsh treatment made by a Company Commander and his army against the local males and females: the invading army began to oppress the local population by garrisoning them, cutting off food supplies and assaulting/raping young women. So the Samarnon guerrillas had started a plan for an attack that was to coincide with the scheduled visit of an Army Inspector General and the town fiesta celebration. The Samarnon guerrillas have utilized to ring church bells as part of the plan - to signal for a simultaneous attack.

She has become the most trusted cabinet member among the cabinet personnel of the former Aquino administration. Her department was mobilized fully to impeach the former SC (Supreme Court) Chief Justice Corona now a dead meat. 

She has stopped the former president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo to go out of the country for her medical treatment - ignoring the Supreme Court's TRO and sent off Gloria Arroyo to hospital-house-arrest for the whole term of Pnoy. And also has helped to kick off the three Senators out of the Senate who were believed involved in the "Pork Barrel Scam" with Janet Napolis.
