Congrats to BBM For Winning on The First Round: PET Rejects VP Robredo's Petition to Trash BBM's Electoral Protest

This is a captivating news report which was highlighted at Ms Jessica Sojo's State of The Nation Address aired by GMA television network - informing the public that VP Leni Robredo's petition asking the PET (Presidential Electoral Tribunal) to ignore VP BongBong Marcos' Electoral Protest was rejected because the tribunal has found the complaint to be sufficient in form and substance.

Now I am sending my good wishes and congratulations to our beloved VP BongBong Marcos for winning on the first round and also I would like to celebrate the happiness I am feeling now with the 14 million+ Filipinos who have given their trusts and confidence to VP BongBong Marcos during the May 9, 2016 polls. According to PET, I quote "On the matter of the sufficiency of the protest, the same is already beyond dispute. With the issuance of the summons, the tribunal has found the complaint to be sufficient in the form and substance. The protest contained narrations of ultimate facts on the alleged irregularities and anomalies in the contested clustered precincts, which the protestant needs to prove in due time. ...It must be emphasized that as to the veracity of the protestant's allegations, nothing yet has been proved."

Below is the views and comments of Atty. Romulo Macalintal - Robredo's lawyer, I quote:

"Thus, the PET stressed that, as to the veracity of the protestant's allegations, nothing yet has been proved. This means that Mr. Marcos is just being given the opportunity to prove his case. The case would still go through the usual tedious and lengthy process of revision and recount of the ballots. The ballot boxes and their contents would be retrieved from various provinces to be brought to the PET for the recount."

While Atty. Vic Rodriguez - Marcos' lawyer explains, I quote "We are now looking to the resolution of another pending ex parte motion that we have filed, 'yun po yung pagse-set na ng preliminary conference. Importante yun hanggang mai-set na yung prelim conference upang umusad na nang mas mabilis ang election protest na inihain niya'."

Of course, we all know that to wait for the final results of this electoral protest is a long way - pero lagi tayo nanjan para suportahan ang laban ng ating VP BongBong Marcos.

I Cannot Hold to Laugh at VP Robredo When She Said: We Need to Trust The Court as The Last Bastion of Democracy

VP Robredo believes she holds everybody's trust and confidence for her. She believes herself na kaya niyang bolahin ang lahat ng mga Filipino. She is a good actor - she can conceal her true feelings and emotions in front of the million Pinoy.

Alam niyo ba na I almost believe her when she said that she would put trust in the fairness of the high tribunal...Happy na sana ako for her though meron pa palang kasunod sa sinabi niya na "in spite of concerns that they were partial to the family of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos following a controversial decision to allow the latter to be given a hero's burial." If VP Robredo really put her trust in the fairness of the high court (Supreme Court) she should not mention things that could attract some bias impressions.

She added saying "You know, despite the fears of many of our people that the Supreme Court would not be fair, I think we need to trust the court as the last bastion of democracy, it is the one that decides what is fair and what is not, what is right and what is wrong." Hindi po ba isa kayo sa nagprotesta laban sa decision ng SC na malibing sa Libingan Ng Mga Bayani ang dating Pangulong Marcos?

Pakiramdam ko sa sinabi niya - malakas ang kaba na kaniyang nararamdaman ngayon sa magiging hatol ng Supreme Court sa electoral protest ni VP Bong Bong Marcos laban sa kaniya. Dapat lang naman na kabahan si VP Robredo dahil milyong-milyong Filipino ay nakakatiyak na may nangyaring dayaan sa nakaraang election. And that million of Filipino voters believed that the PCOS machine made her the Vice President - a fake VP.

Lilinawin ko lang po VP Robredo - my VP is Bong Bong Marcos - huwag mo akong isama sa sinasabi mong "the fears of many of our people" dahil kailan man I did not feel any fear with the other 14 million+ Filipinos who have given their trust and confidence to Bong Bong Marcos. In our hearts, in our beliefs - the real winner and the real VP is no other than Bong Bong Marcos - not you Mrs. Robredo.

If BongBong Marcos Won His Electoral Protest, The Yellows Would Stop From Destabilizing The Duterte's Administration. Why?

If Bong Bong Marcos won his electoral protest for the Vice Presidency against his rival Leni Robredo, the Yellows have no choice but to accept the court rulings and they would come in full force to support the Duterte's Administration because if they still insist with their plot to oust President Duterte and they succeeded it - under the Philippines Constitution, if the president has vacated his position or can no longer keep his duties and obligations to the country and people, Bong Bong Marcos will take over the presidency position mandated under our Philippine Law.

Of course, the Yellow would not allow VP Bong Bong Marcos to become the president of the Republic of The Philippines. So, if it happened, the Yellows have no other choice but to keep Duterte as the president and they would support him til he finishes his six-year term in office. In other words, the key to stop the Yellows from destabilizing the Duterte's Government or from plotting to oust President Duterte is Bong Bong Marcos should win his electoral protest against Leni Robredo and would be declared officially by the Supreme Court as the true winner for the Vice Presidency position. 

Calling to all Bong Bong Marcos' supporters and Duterte's supporters and the majority of the Filipinos who have given their trusts and confidence to our beloved President Duterte's capabilities to lead the country should become united as one nation and become vigilant against the Yellows' plan to destabilize the Duterte's Government as well as to support and to pray for Bong Bong Marcos' success for his electoral protest.
